At H3R Performance, we stand behind the quality of our fire safety equipment and accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to our facility.

  Pack Securely

  Place the item in its original packaging with all mounting hardware and documentation included to ensure the product remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Clearly mark your RMA number on the outside of the package and ship the item via a trackable carrier to the address provided by our support team.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once received, our technicians will inspect the product for integrity; approved returns will be processed for a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
